We are delighted that we can still go ahead with church services, though we understand that many of you have had to change your plans as we moved to Tier 4. There is no need to change your booking if you will have fewer people in your group. However, it would help us if you could tell us if you are cancelling completely, so that we can reallocate groups of seats. Please email email@example.com
Some general information about the services:
Please do not arrive more than 15 mins before the start of the service. Seating has been allocated in advance to ensure social distancing. We will be unable to accommodate anyone not booked in advance.
Your booking details will be used for Track and Trace purposes and you are welcome to scan the NHS Test & Trace QR code at the entrance if you wish.
Face coverings are required indoors unless you are exempt.
Please use the hand sanitiser as you enter.
Please enter and leave the church as directed by our sidesmen to minimise contact and mingling.
Please do not use the Chapter House entrance - disabled parking is available on request inside the Memorial Gardens but access to the church is still through the front doors.
Lastly, we know that this will be difficult, but we will be reminding everyone that we cannot mingle before or after the service. It is so important that church services do not become a source of transmission, as they are such a lifeline to many people. We have made every effort to put procedures in place to protect everyone - the last bit is up to you.
We look forward to welcoming you to St Giles' this Christmas!
